PushPan Warranty Registration

Your Warranty Registration has completed. We hope you enjoy baking with PushPan.

Please read through the Care & Use instruction for PushPan before your first use.

*Before first use, we advise washing and drying the pan. Next, coat the inside and the base with a small amount of cooking oil then push in the base. As the seal is very efficient, this will help when pushing up the base and also enhance the pan’s natural non-stick performance. With use, the pan will build up a patina which further enhances the natural non-stick.

NON-STICK ON HEAVY GAUGE STEEL

How to use and care for this quality product

  1. Wash before first and every use in warm, soapy water with a soft cloth or sponge and dry thoroughly.
  2. This pan is not meant to be used without preparation. Before each use, season with your favorite butter, margarine or shortening to lightly grease the inside of the pan and top of base before pushing the base into the cake pan. This helps the base to push in and out of the cake pan very easily and also enhances the non-stick performance of your pan.
  3. Once the pan is greased, insert the base with silicone rim facing the bottom and gently push all the way down until it fits evenly on the bottom inside edge of the pan.
  4. Fill the pan with cake batter and bake according to recipe directions.
  5. The PushPan®will withstand standard and convection oven temperatures not exceeding 445°F/230°C. It is not meant to be used on stove top, open flame, microwave or under a broiler. You can use it in the refrigerator and freezer.
  6. Always completely cool a baked item before attempting to push it up.
  7. To ""push" baked item out of pan:
    • Place the PushPan®on a smaller sized article such as a small mixing bowl or food can. The item that you are using will need to be taller than the PushPan®.
    • Whatever you use, please make sure it is stable and not likely to topple over.
    • Holding the top edge of the PushPan®with both hands on opposite sides of the pan, push the pan steadily down and watch your cake rise smoothly and perfectly from the pan.
    • Do not use metal to cut cake on the pan base - preserve the nonstick coating.
  8. To clean the PushPan®, push base out of pan and gently wash both pieces in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry completely. Remember - do not use harsh abrasives to clean this pan. To remove burnt-on food, soak for a few minutes in hot, soapy water before washing. To store pan, either keep both pieces separate or push base into very top of pan to secure.
  9. This product is dishwasher safe but hand washing will better preserve the nonstick coating.

How to use and care for this quality product

  1. Wash before first use in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Not suitable for dishwashers.
  2. Use your favorite cooking oil or fat to lightly grease the inside of the pan and base before pushing the base into the cake pan. This helps the base to push in and out of the cake pan very easily and also enhances the non-stick performance of your pan.
  3. Repeatedly pushing the pan base "in & out of a completely dry pan will stiffen the resistance whilst even the very minimum of oil or fat will ensure a beautifully smooth action.
  4. You will find that after a few uses, this superb aluminum product will build up a natural patina that further enhances the nonstick performance - it gets better the more you use it!
  5. Ensure the base is pushed all the way down into the cakepan and sits evenly on the bottom inside edge of the pan.
  6. Never use heat above 230°C, (445°F) or place the dish over direct heat, electric radiant element or gas flame.
  7. Leave baking to cool before turning out - it is OK to carefully run a thin knife between the cake and pan wall before pushing out the cake.
  8. To "push" baking out of pan:
    • Place the PushPan®on a smaller sized article such as a small mixing bowl or large, empty mug.
    • Whatever you use, please make sure it is stable and not likely to topple over.
    • Holding the top edge of the PushPan®with both hands on opposite sides of the pan. Push the pan steadily down and watch your cake or baking rise smoothly and perfectly from the pan.
  9. To clean the dish, rinse in warm, soapy water, wipe with a cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not use metal scourers or harsh abrasives.
  10. To remove burnt-on food left in the cake pan, leave to soak for a few minutes in hot, soapy water before starting to clean.
  11. NOT SUITABLE FOR DISHWASHERS. In common with many high-quality products, anodized bakeware should never be put in the dishwasher. Some dishwasher detergents contain caustic cleaning agents which may damage the surface of your pan.
