For all local orders placed online for delivery in Singapore, we will ship out within 24hours on working days (Monday to Friday).
For Non Working Days (Sat,Sun and Public Holidays), the orders will be shipped out the next working days.
Once you've placed an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you.
We provide Singpost/Ninja Van/Qxpress shipping service with tracking for all orders by default depending on the weight and size of the orders.
There is no delivery to Changi Airport Transit Lounges, Paya Lebar Airport Communication Centre and other Offshore Islands.
Shipping Rates are inclusive of prevailing GST.

Please kindly allow 12 to 24 hrs for tracking number to be available on the delivery service company tracking page.
Please note for deliveries, preferred delivery timing slots are not available.
The delivery timing is between 10am to 10pm on working days except Sun and Public Holidays
In rare situation that you do not receive your order within 5 working days or a wrong item being delivered, please contact us via email with your Order ID.

We will send you the quotation for shipping costs. Purchase will be shipped after payment is received.
All customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.
