Conditions of Refund:

Items must be un-used with tags still on, in the original brand packaging (if applicable) and must not fall under the list of non-refundable products/selected promotional items and campaign

Damaged and Defective Products:

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund any defective products.

If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you.

We stands behind our products.

All our products has thoroughly been tested in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to their use for which they were designed. 

We will replace any item that has a manufacturers defect.

We do not refund products:

• Obtained from a source other than and our authorized retailer in Singapore.

• Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)

• Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

• Incorrect Merchandise

If merchandise delivered to you are incorrect merchandise, please immediately contact us at via e-mail.

Please include your order number. The request of exchange must reach us within three (3) days after receiving of your package(s).

We will refund full purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding delivery/shipping charges (if any).


When you buy from us, you are assured of the quality as all our products are authentic. Our products are originated from the origin manufacturer.
